TapGoods\u00a0and\u00a0Reventals\u00a0Privacy Policy<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Effective date:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>08\/27\/2026.\u00a0<\/span>The following take effect\u00a0<\/span><\/b>09\/27\/2026<\/span>, thirty days later:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Section 5 (Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing), Section 7 (Service Providers), the reference to artificial intelligence providers in Section 6, and the paragraphs on opt-out preference signals and the “Do Not Sell or Share” link in Section 8. Everything else takes effect on the date above.\u00a0Previous\u00a0versions of this policy are available on request \u2014 email privacy@tapgoods.com.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

TapGoods\u00a0Inc., a Delaware corporation (“TapGoods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”),\u00a0operates\u00a0two related businesses:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • TapGoods\u00a0PRO<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u2014 rental-management software used by rental businesses to run their operations, including quotes, orders, inventory, payments, and customer-facing storefronts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Reventals<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u2014 an event-rental marketplace where individuals and businesses find and book rentals from rental vendors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      This policy covers both, together with our websites and mobile apps (the “Services”). We have written it as one document because the two businesses share systems, and one policy is easier to keep\u00a0accurate\u00a0than two.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Storefronts and other sites we host for our customers<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Rental businesses\u00a0use\u00a0TapGoods\u00a0PRO to run online storefronts, some of which we host on our own infrastructure. This policy covers\u00a0<\/span>our<\/span><\/b>\u00a0handling of information on those storefronts \u2014 the cookies we set to make them work, and the information we process to\u00a0operate\u00a0them. It does not cover what the rental business does. Each rental business decides what to sell, what to collect from its customers, what content and tracking to add to its own storefront, and how to handle its customers\u2019 information. If you\u00a0rented\u00a0something and have a question about your information, contact the business you rented from.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      The words we use<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      “Subscriber”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means a rental business that uses\u00a0TapGoods\u00a0PRO.\u00a0<\/span>“Vendor”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means a rental business listed on\u00a0Reventals.\u00a0<\/span>“Renter”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means a person or business that books rentals through\u00a0Reventals.\u00a0<\/span>“Customer Data”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means information about a Subscriber\u2019s or Vendor\u2019s own customers that flows through the Services.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      “Personal information”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means information that\u00a0identifies\u00a0you or that can\u00a0reasonably be\u00a0linked to you, including identifiers such as\u00a0cookie\u00a0and device IDs where the law treats them as personal information.\u00a0<\/span>“De-identified information”<\/span><\/b>\u00a0means information that cannot\u00a0reasonably be\u00a0linked back to you and that we keep in that form without trying to re-identify\u00a0it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      2. Information We Collect<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      We collect information in three ways: you give it to\u00a0us,\u00a0it comes from your use of the Services, and it comes from other sources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      Information you give us<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

      • Account information \u2014 your name, business name, email, phone number, mailing address, and login credentials.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Billing information \u2014 billing address, tax identification number, and the payment details you enter at checkout.\u00a0<\/span>We never receive your payment card number<\/span><\/b>; card details go directly to our payment processors.\u00a0If you pay by bank transfer, we receive your bank account details and pass them to our payment processor to complete the transaction, but\u00a0<\/span>we do not store them<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Booking and transaction information \u2014 what you rented or listed, delivery details, dates, and amounts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Anything else you send us \u2014 support requests, testimonials, survey responses, and messages.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Information from your use of the Services<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

              • Device and connection information \u2014 IP address, device type and identifiers, operating system, and browser.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                • Usage information \u2014 pages viewed, features used, searches\u00a0run, links clicked, and timestamps.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                  • Approximate location. On\u00a0Reventals\u00a0we look up the general area associated with your IP address when you arrive, so we can show you inventory available near you. We\u00a0show\u00a0you the location we have\u00a0selected\u00a0and you can change it at any time. We do not collect precise\u00a0location\u00a0such as GPS coordinates.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                    • Information from cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 8.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      Information from other sources<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                      • Our Subscribers and Vendors, who\u00a0submit\u00a0Customer Data to run their businesses.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                        • Payment processors and\u00a0fraud-prevention\u00a0providers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                          • Marketing and data partners, and publicly available sources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                            • Third-party accounts you choose to\u00a0connect, such as a calendar.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                              Payments<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              Payment processing is handled by third parties, currently Fiserv through\u00a0Launchpay\u00a0(an\u00a0Infinicept\u00a0company) and, for some accounts, Stripe.\u00a0They receive the payment information needed to process your transaction and handle it under their own privacy policies.\u00a0We can tell you which processor applies to your account on request.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              3. What We Collect, By Category<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              Where the table gives a retention entry, it describes the criteria we use rather than a fixed period, because how long we need information depends on the account, the transaction, and what the law requires.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              We do not sell your personal information for money.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>We do share online identifiers, internet activity, and approximate location with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising on our marketing websites, which counts as “sharing” under California law and “targeted advertising” under other state laws. You can opt out \u2014 see Section 8. We never share sensitive personal information for advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those\u00a0the law\u00a0permits.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              4. How We Use Information<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              We use information to:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                              • Provide,\u00a0operate, and support the Services, including processing bookings and payments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                • Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                  • Keep the Services secure \u2014 detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                    • Improve and develop the Services, including analyzing how they are used and building new features.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                      • Market our Services to businesses and, on\u00a0Reventals, show renters relevant rentals and offers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                        • Comply with\u00a0law, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                          We describe these at the level of purposes rather than listing individual features, so this section stays\u00a0accurate\u00a0as the Services change.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          Text messages<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your account, bookings, and deliveries, and marketing messages where you have separately agreed to those.\u00a0Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving\u00a0texts, or\u00a0HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.\u00a0<\/span>We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          Rental businesses can also use the Services to text their own customers.\u00a0When they do, they decide what to send and are responsible for having the consent the law requires.\u00a0We send those messages on their behalf.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          We use artificial intelligence and machine learning (“AI”) to help\u00a0operate\u00a0and improve the Services. This section describes what we do with AI and, just as importantly, what we do not do.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          What we use AI for<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          We may use AI to generate or improve content such as inventory descriptions and customer communications, to provide reporting and insight features including ones that let you ask questions about your own business data, to help handle support requests, to detect fraud and abuse, to analyze how the Services are used, and to build new features.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          What information AI features can reach<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          When you use an AI feature, it can query the business records in your own account at the time you use it, rather than working from a fixed extract. Depending on the feature, this can include your customers\u2019 contact information.\u00a0<\/span>It does not include payment card details.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Access is limited to your own account\u2019s records.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          Where we produce automated reports for you, our software calculates the\u00a0figures\u00a0and AI writes the commentary around them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          What we do not do<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                          • We do not let AI providers train their general models on your information.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>We use AI providers as service providers, under contracts that limit them to providing services to us. We do not\u00a0permit\u00a0them to use information from the Services to train their general-purpose or publicly available models.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                            • We do not sell your information to AI providers.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                              • We do not make significant decisions about you by machine alone.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>We do not use AI to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you without a person involved. If automated processing plays a meaningful part in such a decision, you may contact us to ask about it, ask for human review, or object.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                • We do not train models\u00a0on\u00a0your personal information.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Where we train, tune, or evaluate models ourselves, we use de-identified or aggregated information, or we act on a Subscriber\u2019s or Vendor\u2019s instruction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                                  Payment verification is not a decision of this kind.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Checking that the billing address and security code you enter match your card records\u00a0is\u00a0verification, not an assessment of you. If a payment is\u00a0declined\u00a0you can correct the information and try\u00a0again, or\u00a0use a different payment method. Your card issuer and the card networks also make their own decisions about whether to approve a transaction, and those decisions are theirs rather than ours.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  AI output can be wrong<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  Content generated by AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. That includes reports and summaries we send you automatically, which are generated without a person reviewing each one. Do not rely on AI-generated figures or commentary for financial, tax, or other significant decisions without checking them against your own records. If you are a Subscriber or Vendor using an AI feature to create content for your own customers, review it before sending.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  Features a Subscriber or Vendor turns on<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  Where a Subscriber or Vendor enables an AI feature that processes information about its own customers, it directs that\u00a0processing\u00a0and we act on its behalf. If you are a customer of one of them, contact them with questions about how they use AI.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  6. How We Share Information<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  We share information in the following situations, and not otherwise:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                  • Service providers.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Companies that perform functions for us \u2014 hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, customer support, security, and artificial intelligence and machine learning services. They receive only what they need and are contractually limited to using it to provide services to us.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                    • Subscribers and Vendors.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>If you book a rental, we share what the business needs to\u00a0fulfill it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                      • Advertising and analytics partners.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>As described in Section 8.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                        • Professional advisers and authorities.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>When we are required by law,\u00a0responding\u00a0to legal process, enforcing our agreements, or protecting the rights, safety, or property of\u00a0TapGoods\u00a0or others.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                          • In a business transaction.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of it. We will\u00a0notify you\u00a0of any change in who controls your personal information.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                                            We upload contact details such as email addresses to advertising platforms so they can show you our ads and measure how they perform. Those platforms act on our instructions and are not\u00a0permitted\u00a0to use your contact details for their own purposes.\u00a0<\/span>We do not sell your contact details, and we do not share them with third parties for those third parties\u2019 own marketing.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            If you are a Vendor, the business information and inventory you list are displayed publicly on the\u00a0Reventals\u00a0marketplace so renters can find and book them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            Aggregated and de-identified information<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            We create aggregated and de-identified information from data in the Services \u2014 for example market statistics such as the average rental price for a type of item in a region. This information does not\u00a0identify\u00a0you, your business, or your customers, and we do not\u00a0attempt\u00a0to re-identify\u00a0it. We may use and share it for any lawful purpose, including publishing industry benchmarks and improving the Services.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            7. Service Providers<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            We can provide a current list of the service providers that process personal information for us, including our AI providers, on request. Email us at privacy@tapgoods.com.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies \u2014 small files and identifiers stored on your device \u2014 to keep the Services working, remember your preferences, measure how the Services are used, and show you relevant advertising.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            What they are used for<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                            • Essential.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Required to run the Services, including\u00a0signing you in, keeping your cart, and keeping your session secure. These cannot be turned off.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                              • Preferences.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Remembering choices such as your location and saved settings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                                • Analytics.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Understanding how the Services are used so we can improve them. We use analytics providers, currently\u00a0including Google Analytics.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                                  • Advertising.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Showing you our ads on other sites and\u00a0apps, and\u00a0measuring whether they work. This involves sharing identifiers with advertising\u00a0partners, and\u00a0uploading contact details such as email addresses to advertising platforms so they can match you to an audience. We do this for our own websites and marketing. We do not use advertising cookies on the storefronts we host for rental businesses, or inside the\u00a0TapGoods\u00a0PRO application.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                    Your choices<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    Most browsers let you block or\u00a0delete\u00a0cookies in their settings, and most mobile operating systems let you reset or limit the advertising identifier on your device. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of the Services from working.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    We honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, sent by your browser or a browser extension. We treat such a signal as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising on that browser or device. Because the signal is tied to a browser or device, you will need to enable it on each one you use.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    You can also opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    Browser settings and opt-out signals only affect sharing tied to that browser or device.\u00a0<\/span>They do not stop us from uploading your contact details to advertising platforms.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0To opt out of that as well, email privacy@tapgoods.com and we will remove you from our advertising audiences.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    9. Your Privacy Rights in the United States<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    Depending on where you live, you may have some or\u00a0all of\u00a0the rights below.\u00a0They are subject to verification and to the exceptions in the applicable law.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                    • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and how we use and share it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                                      • Correct inaccurate personal information.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
                                                                        • Delete\u00a0personal\u00a0information we collected from you.                                                                                     The Services are for adults and are not directed to children. If you do, that service may share information with us, and we will use it only to provide the feature you enabled. You can disconnect at any time in your account settings or through the third-party service.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    Google Calendar.\u00a0<\/span><\/b>If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to read and write the calendar entries needed to keep your\u00a0TapGoods\u00a0PRO schedule and your calendar in sync, using only the permissions you approve when you connect the account, and to receive your basic profile information from Google. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and we do not use Google user data to develop or improve general artificial intelligence or machine learning models.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    Our Services also link to sites and services we do not control, and some features are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Their terms and policies apply to what you do there.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    Permissions our apps ask for<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    Our mobile apps may ask permission to use features of your device \u2014 for example the camera, to scan or photograph inventory, and notifications, to alert you about orders and deliveries. You can grant or withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    15. Testimonials<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    If you send us a testimonial, anything you include in it may be displayed publicly on our websites and marketing materials. Where we work with a third-party service to collect testimonials, we will not publish personal information without the individual\u2019s consent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                                                                                    Rental businesses can also display testimonials on their own storefronts. That content is theirs \u2014 they enter it and control it. If you want a testimonial about you removed from a rental\u00a0business\u2019s\u00a0storefront, contact that business, or contact us and we will pass your request along.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
