Most of the time, TapGoods rentals go smoothly. If not, we’re here to help. If your goods are damaged or stolen while they are rented out on TapGoods and the renter does not cover the cost of replacement or repair, we will.
The TapGoods Guarantee is not insurance and does not include liability associated with product use, reasonable wear & tear, or losses outside the United States, and owners seeking reimbursement agree to cooperate with TapGoods and its insurer. The TapGoods Guarantee does include repair or replacement in the event of damage or loss, up to $10,000.
